What is Chronic pain?

If you google it, you will come across countless definitions.
There will seemingly always be debate as to how much the person’s mind contributes to the chronic pain a person feels.
This issue is not relevant to this site.
If you are assuming there is some level of pain being generated within the brain, then my emphasis is `to make sure you are using whatever `tools/ innate ability’ you or your client have to the very best of your/ their ability.
Let’s discuss these tools. What works & what doesn’t. if it does for how long? And what about if your/ your client’s circumstances change? Will those tools still work?
