How to use resources/innate abilities
coming soon…

  1. An overview of the uses for resources before we get serious.

  3. Using the resource itself as the feedback.

  6. Because the therapist says so!  The meaning of what is presented could hypothetically be anything.
  7. Ask the person how they could use a resource.
  8. Using the extremes of resources in the fields of pain and stress management. Every resource has an extreme range. Always look at both extreme ends of the resources spectrum as a possible negative perception that can be used with pain and stress management.

  15. Connecting the use of a resource to a mind-body construct.
  16. The use of resources with home tapes.
  17. Making connections by the use of the person role playing their resources.
  18. Three questions:
Are we limiting ourselves to using the same themes with an innate ability?
Could this lead to some limiting of our creative capacity?
Is there a  quick checklist of different themes?
  19. A strategy to help open our minds for designing ways that specific resources can be used to achieve specific goals.
  20. Parameters describe the characteristics of a resource as well as how a resource might be used.
  21. Combining resources.
  22. A resource can be used symbolically. How might this be done?
